Over a two-year pilot collaboration, PAKT — via NOSH — became Starbucks Global’s Prime Production Partner, marking a major milestone in Nestlé’s move toward decoupled content production. Prime production, decoupled

Global content partner

In recognition of our work, NOSH was invited to join Nestlé’s prestigious Prime Partner roundtable — a group of top-tier global production partners selected to collaborate on innovation, share best practices, and help shape Nestlé’s content production strategy moving forward. From content strategy and creative tooling to production and post, NOSH delivered a flexible content model for Nestlé Starbucks that scales. Our integration into their team laid the foundation for a long-term content pipeline now being expanded to other Nestlé brands.

One of the defining strengths of this partnership is our ability to find and match exceptional directors from around the globe to each project. Recognized for our sharp eye for talent, we offer this capability as 'Directors as a service' — a flexible, scalable approach to creative leadership without the overhead of in-house rosters.

Content Creation

Modular toolkit
for easy adaptation

Our approach centered around modular production — always starting with a global TVC as the creative master file. This serves as the foundation for a full modular toolkit, with templated assets designed for scalability, localization, and real-time deployment. These content kits enabled faster go-to-market rollouts and reduced redundancy by repurposing core assets into social content, e-retail visuals, and campaign extensions. Working closely with both global and local teams, we ensured all assets were optimized for Starbucks' global marketing ecosystem.
